Facts and Figures

The address of the Society is P.O. Box 208, Glover, VT 05839. The purpose of the Glover Historical Society, Inc. is to pursue the acquisition, preservation, interpretation and display of a collection pertaining to the history of Glover.

Any person interested in the history of Glover may become a member by paying a membership fee: $10 per year per household. Society membership as of January, 2013 stands at 142. All members receive complimentary copies of the Society’s biannual newsletter, Glover History.

Meetings are held during the summer season (April through September) at 7 p.m. on the third Wednesday of every month at the Glover Public Library. No meetings are scheduled from October through March.

The society is managed by a 12-member staggered Board of Directors, four of whom also serve as Officers.
